Kronos Journal
Kronos journal is a science and technical magazine for professionals in the field of Sports Science.
Led by Juan José Molina, Rosa Bielsa, Juan Carlos Ariza and Eneko Larumbe and under the editorship of the Universidad Europea de Madrid’s School of Sports Science, Kronos has published about twenty issues since its inauguration in 2002.
In the last few years, due to the volume and quality of its articles, it has become a magazine of reference for professionals in the sector.
To makes the magazine’s contents more accessible, Kronos is also published online, offering free access to all issues previously published.
The magazine has been integrated into the University’s portal. Users connect to a database that integrates issues, authors and articles, enabling the reader to perform searches by title, keywords, summary, article content and author. At the same time, the results are hyperlinked in a way that shows useful information such as all articles by the author of the article one is reading, or the rest of the articles from the same issue.
Articles can be accessed from a PDF document of the original paper issue as well as from a nimbler HTML version. In addition, links can be sent by entering email addresses into a simple form.
